What if we do not know where AI could help?
That is a valid starting point. We use familiar examples and speak with the people doing the work. You do not need a technical brief or a calculated return to start the conversation.
Who needs to take part?
A decision-maker and people who know the day-to-day work. The standard program covers one business unit, up to two departments and eight participants.
Will we get a working automation?
Priorities delivers the workshop, recommendations and plan. Priorities + PoC adds a working prototype for one agreed process in a test environment. Connecting it to production systems is a separate scope.
What if AI is not the right investment?
We explain why and identify a simpler option or the preparation needed. We do not invent an opportunity to fill a report. The PoC stage only starts after a suitable case and test criteria are agreed.
Can you work with our data and tools?
We agree permitted materials, access and the test environment before receiving real examples. Existing tools are considered first. Please do not send confidential documents through an initial email.
How much does the program cost?
Each format has a fixed scope and a fixed net price, confirmed before you pay. VAT is added where it applies; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Separate licence or implementation costs are always named upfront.
