Information we process
When you contact us, we process the details you provide, such as your name, business email, company, message, chosen service and the page from which you contacted us. Our hosting infrastructure may also process technical request data necessary to deliver and protect the site.
Why we process it
We use contact details only to answer your inquiry, prepare a requested proposal, maintain the conversation and protect the form from abuse. We do not sell contact details or use them for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for site hosting, security and the protected inquiry system. Website inquiries are stored in an EU-region database operated through Cloudflare. Service providers process data only as required to provide those services.
Retention
Website inquiries are retained for up to 90 days by default, unless a longer period is necessary to continue a requested conversation, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information where no retention obligation applies.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise a right, email info@brasasolutions.com.
